The State of Iowa (acting by and through the Department of Administrative Services) and Safeware, Inc establish this agreement pursuant to the specifications, terms and conditions of solicitation and resulting contract #4400008468 between Omnia Partners Public Sector, Lead Agency Fairfax County, and Safeware, Inc. This contract allows for the purchase of the following Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Equipment and Related Services led by the County of Fairfax, Virginia for use by state agencies and other entities located in the Participating State authorized by that State's statutes to utilize State contracts with the prior approval of the State's Chief Procurement Official.
