Just drop the Cone Bar ring onto the top of cones or N-Top Delineators to setup an inexpensive barrier around hazardous or controlled areas. The Cone-Bar is extremely versatile for roadside or utility works use, construction sites, parking lots, pedestrian areas, and more. Using four traffic cones and four Cone Bars, a worker can set up a square barrier in less than a minute. The unit is retractable, so it adjusts in length and can be easily locked in.
