Customized Mission PAKs For Emergency Response Situations. One Mission. One PAK.
Mission PAK Custom Kits are purpose-built, mission-ready equipment packages designed to keep critical tools organized, protected, and instantly deployable. Each kit is built around a rugged, stackable hard case paired with precision custom-cut foam that secures your exact, end-user-selected equipment in dedicated locations. The result is a clean, standardized loadout that helps teams deploy faster, confirm contents at a glance, reduce lost or damaged gear, and simplify repacking and inventory checks—especially in high-stress, time-sensitive environments.
The case itself is engineered for demanding field use, featuring IP65-rated dust and water protection, an impact-resistant polymer body, and metal-reinforced corners and locking points for added durability and security. Inside, an organization tray keeps small accessories and consumables separated and easy to reach. The system is also built for scalability: modular connectivity allows each Mission PAK to lock and stack with compatible components, making it easy to build multiple response kits by call type, team, or vehicle and move them as a unified system.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Mission PAK Custom Kit?
A Mission PAK is a stackable, modular hard-case kit with custom-cut foam that holds your exact, mission-specific equipment in dedicated, protected locations.
Who are Mission PAK kits designed for?
Any team that needs fast, organized deployment—hazmat, fire/rescue, law enforcement, municipal services, utilities, emergency management, industrial safety, and EOD/response teams.
What are the benefits of custom-cut foam?
Custom foam secures each item so it won’t shift, break, or get lost, and it makes it easy to confirm inventory at a glance during checks, change-outs, and after-action resets.
Can I choose what equipment goes in my kit?
Some Mission PAKs are pre-configured for specific training courses and cannot be altered. Custom Mission PAK kits can also be built around the equipment you specify.
Do you offer different kits for different response types?
Yes. Many teams build multiple Mission PAKs by call type (e.g., hazmat monitoring, decon, forcible entry, evidence collection, traffic control, utility shutoff, etc.).
How durable is the case for field use?
The case is designed for demanding environments with IP65-rated protection, impact-resistant polymer construction, reinforced corners/locking points, and an internal organization tray.
Are the kits stackable and easy to transport?
Yes. The modular design locks and stacks with compatible components, making it easy to move multiple kits together and stage them on scene.
How do Mission PAKs help with readiness and accountability?
They standardize loadouts, simplify inspections, reduce missing items, and speed up repacking—so you know the kit is complete and ready before you roll.
Can you label or identify kits by unit, vehicle, or mission?
Yes. Kits can be marked for team, vehicle, station, or response type so the right loadout is obvious during dispatch and staging.
Can foam be replaced or updated if our gear changes?
Yes. If your equipment changes, the foam insert can be revised or replaced so the kit stays current without starting from scratch.
How do we get started?
The best way to get started is to request a quote from Safeware for either your desired Mission PAK shown on this page or your desire for a custom Mission PAK. One of our Safeware representatives will then follow up with you for more details.
