Shipment Processing Time

Safeware ensures your orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. If there is a high volume of orders and shipments, there may be delays. Our customer service representatives will be in touch if there is a delay in your order.


There will be no deliveries or shipments on holidays or weekends, unless there is an emergency request.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Order confirmations are emailed when your order is processed. Tracking can be provided by contacting customer services.


Hazardous Materials and Expedited Delivery

HazMat and expedite fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Safeware Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

Safeware Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All shortages and damages must be communicated within 48 hours of product receipt.
