Disposable Coveralls
Tyvek® 400 provides an ideal balance of protection, durability and comfort of any limited use fabric technology. Tyvek® 400 fabric offers an inherent barrier against particles (down to 1.0 micron in size). Protection is built into the fabric itself; there are no films or laminates to abrade or wear away. Tyvek® 400 fabric’s durability advantage over microporous film fabrics delivers consistently better barrier, even after wear and abrasion.

Level A Encapsulated Suit
Tychem® 10000 fabric shows at least 30 minutes of barrier protection to 322 challenge chemicals with no observed breakthrough. Tychem® 10000 is specifically developed for protection against toxic, corrosive gases, liquids and solid chemicals. This high-performance chemical barrier fabric is suited for industrial, HazMat, and domestic preparedness applications.

Secondary FR Hooded Coverall
Orginially called DuPont™ Tempro®, ProShield® 6 SFR is a lightweight, disposable overgarment designed to help protect and preserve primary flame-resistant garments. It provides a barrier against non-hazardous particles and aerosols while not contributing to burn injury. They are flame retardant treated, not inherently flame resistant, and are intended to be worn over your primary flame resistant garments.

Tychem® 5000 (CPF 3) fabric is strong and durable for rigorous activities and rugged situations involving liquid splash and provides barrier to a broad range of chemicals. Typical Applications: chemical handling, petro-chemical, hazardous materials/waste clean-up, fire departments, industrial hazmat teams, utilities, and domestic preparedness. Commonly used in domestic preparedness for situations where the potential to exposure to chemicals exist.
DuPont™ Tychem® 2000 SFR
Chemical and Secondary Flame Protective Coverall
Tychem® 2000 SFR provides chemical and secondary flame protection in a lightweight garment. Tychem® 2000 SFR garments are intended to be worn over primary flame resistant garments. In the event that a flash fire occurs, they won’t ignite and won’t contribute to additional burn injury if appropriate flame-resistant personal protective equipment, such as DuPont™ Nomex®, is worn beneath.
