The Radius® BZ1 is a rugged, portable area monitor that’s always working, even when you’re not. This area monitor can be deployed for up to 75 days in the world’s harshest environments and features actionable alarms that can cut through even the busiest work areas. With local and remote monitoring options, everyone from teams nearby to off-site safety mangers will know exactly how to respond.
Detect Up to 7 Hazards
- With Radius BZ1, you can detect up to seven hazards simultaneously with 24 sensor options, including PID, three types of LEL, and now gamma radiation.
Increase Worker Safety
- DualSense® Technology uses two sensors to detect the same gas, bolstering your safety efforts.
Customize Alarm Messages
- Know what’s happening at a distance with the largest display of any area monitor and customizable alarm action messages, such as “EVACUATE” or “VENTILATE.”
Command Attention
- Cut right through high-noise environments with alarms that sound at 105 dB, plus bold LED lights.
Detect Gamma Radiation in Real Time
- With a swappable SafeCore Module + gamma sensor, quickly identify elevated radiation levels and reduce equipment complexity—all while improving situational awareness for hazmat response and special events.
Extend Your Safety Network
- Teams can share critical readings and alarms as well as make decisions faster with the capabilities of connected devices and iNet using LENS Wireless.
Built for Real-world Deployment
- Designed for dynamic response environments, Radius BZ1 balances rugged durability with portability so teams can deploy trusted detection methods and adapt quickly as conditions change.
Reduce Operational Risk
- The Radius BZ1’s runtime capabilities support continuous monitoring during large events and emergency response deployments without interruptions from battery swaps or device maintenance.
