In the complex landscape of industrial safety, the proper storage of hazardous and flammable liquids both indoors and outdoors is imperative. The new Justrite 90 Gallon Outdoor Flammable Storage Cabinet with Manual Close Doors, model 819000, is engineered specifically to mitigate the substantial risks associated with the improper handling and storage of these materials while outside.
 
Constructed with fully welded Galvanneal 18 Gauge Steel, the yellow cabinet features a double wall with a 1 ½” air space gap, rendering the cabinet highly resistant to corrosion – up to 16 times more than regular steel. This ensures a rust-resistant exterior capable of withstanding outdoor conditions. It also includes a slanted roof design to divert rain and snow away from the cabinet doors, protecting the contents from moisture. Cabinet exterior dimensions are 43 inches W x 37.625 inches D x 72 inches H; interior dimensions measure 39.5 inches W x 30.34 inches D x 60.5 inches H. Maximum flammable liquid capacity is 90 gallons.
 
The outdoor weatherproof cabinets secure against unauthorized access with high-grade stainless steel hinges and a stainless steel paddle handle lock equipped with a robust three-point latching system. For ease of placement and mobility, even in challenging terrains, the cabinet is supported by 12 Gauge skids and bolstered with stable trapezoid legs.
 
Spill-proof slope shelves are accompanied by a fully welded sump to manage accidental spills. A ground screw is integrated for proper grounding, while the UV-resistant chemical-resistant powder-coated paint finish endures through harsh conditions without compromising the cabinet’s integrity. Model 819000 also includes vents equipped with flash arrestors, welded shelf hangers and a leak-proof sump. The cabinet also meets OSHA and NFPA requirements; FM approved.
